A conversation with History
A Rijeka apartment overlooking the harbor
This apartment is located within a historic building, carefully renovated and furnished to respect its original character. Every intervention engages in a subtle dialogue with the building’s history, without forcing it.
Internal doors are repainted in a matte, tactile finish, adding understated elegance to the spaces. Generous natural light floods in from the sea-facing windows, becoming a central element of the design.
A distinctive detail is the roller blinds integrated into the ceiling coves, treated as part of the wall—a clean, almost invisible solution. The windows, light and minimal, transform into natural “frames” with views of the harbor and the sea.
